Ordering

How do I know which size will fit me best?
Most of our sizes fits on the small side unless it is described as oversize .If you have questions about a specific style’s fit or measurements, you can always reach out to our customer service . Please include your bust, waist, and  hip measurements so we can help you find the right size.

What if I need to change or cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, we’re unable to make any changes. You can request to cancel or change your order by emailing customer service.

What’s the status of my order?
Once you’ve received your shipping confirmation email you can track it and see the status of your delivery. It may take 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

What does Final Sale mean?
All items marked final-sale have been reduced in price and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.

Can I return Final Sale items?
All items marked final sale cannot be returned or exchanged  If you send a "Final Sale" item back to us for a return we will not be able to process a refund. 

Can I return an Item Bought with a special discount code ?
Yes, special discount items can be Returned within our accepted time frame

 

Domestic Shipping

How much does shipping cost in the U.S.?
We offer free ground shipping on all orders within the continental U.S on all purchases over $100

How fast will my order ship?
Most of our orders are shipped within 24 hours of purchase, we estimate you will receive your order within 3-5 business days of its ship date.We do not ship on the weekend or U.S. holidays, and we do not offer Saturday delivery.

 

Returns

What is your return/exchange policy?
Returns on full-price items will be accepted within 14 days of receipt for domestic orders.

Returned items must have not been worn, altered, or washedAll swimwear, jewelry, hair accessories, hats and bodysuits are final sale.

NOTE: Shipping and handling and customs charges are non-refundable

We have the right to deny credit if the items returned do not meet our return policy standards.

 How do I return an item?

Just follow the instructions on the Return/Exchange form included in your package. Securely pack and seal the items and include the completed return/exchange form in an appropriate shipping box or envelope, and send back to us using an insured service to the address below.

NOTE: We cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves
